FLOWER's multi-win bidding feature is optimized for long ad breaks of 2 minutes or more. When an ad request is received, FLOWER’s ADS will usually prioritize the highest bidding price at a time. However, for a lengthy ad break, FLOWER may select multiple ads with higher prices at once, leading to increased fill rates.
